I'm going to create two categories for the PST roster list, "Deployed" and "Reserves". The latter is for members not-yet-in-game, have-left-the-game, or haven't-heard-from-in-a-VERY-VERY-long-time. The former is everyone else. The only meaning to the designation is to let people know who they might encounter in the game.

I'm going to try to add in-game last names too when possible. Let me know if I am missing anything, or have a name wrong.
